Technical Project Lead (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Project Lead (m/f/d) as soon as possible to plan, coordinate and oversee our customer projects in cabin and plant engineering.
What you can expect
- Independent planning, coordination and control of our projects in cabin and plant engineering
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers and internal departments throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Close collaboration with design, purchasing and production
- Monitoring deadlines, costs, milestones and overall project progress
- Coordination of technical and organisational topics within the project
- Preparation and execution of project meetings
- Documentation of key project decisions and project status
- Ensuring transparent communication between all project stakeholders
- Occasional business trips to our customers
The position is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week) based at our site in Hamburg.
What you should bring
- Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician, or a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in machine, plant or special-purpose machine engineering is desirable
- Ideally, first experience in project coordination or project management – however, we are also very happy to hear from motivated technicians ready for their next career step
- Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of analysing complex contexts and developing solutions
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Experience with ERP or project management systems is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with customers and internal departments
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written (at least B2 level)
